We are continually bombarded with messages about how our bodies “should look” and what type of body is beautiful, healthy or valuable. We may not be able to change the outside noise from the media or our culture. The good news is we don’t need to change our outside world in order to begin to feel better about our body and more comfortable in our own skin. My work with clients is all about helping you to shift the way you relate to your body. We go deep, we shift what's going on on the inside so the outside noise doesn't have the same impact.
