Hypnotherapy Meditation for Anxiety
This recording is designed to support you in shifting the way you respond to symptoms of anxiety.
For best results listen to this recording daily for at least 21 days. It is okay if you start to fall asleep during the recording, please know that it is still working. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis, this means that you are in control the whole time and can wake easily when you need to. You are also in control of how deep you allow yourself to go. You can allow yourself to drift deeply into a state of relaxation, soaking it all in or you can listen to my words like you would lightly listen to an audio book or talk. There is no right or wrong, it's up to you and what feels right for you. You may sometimes have a deeply relaxing experience when listening and at other times your mind may wander, this is also normal and okay.
